We have liked the Titan for a long time so when it came time to replace our Toyota Tacoma we contacted Carson Nissan. We live in Hawaii so wondered how it would be purchasing a vehicle over the phone or email. We delt with Linda Weber from day one, and couldn't be any happier. From negotiating the price, to figureing out the financing, to having out truck shipped out to Hawaii she and everyone at Carson Nissan were nothing but professional, honest, and just down right good people! We got our truck just a few days ago and have fallen in love with the Titan, it's everything we wanted and MORE! When purchasing any vehicle in the future we will use Carson Nissan again with out a doubt!

Our overall experience was great for buying a new car and yes, we would recommend the dealer. Speaking and negotiating with Michele ahead of time saved us time and energy and stress.

The one comment we did have was in regards to the finance person (Victor?) who helped us with the paperwork and payment. We were aware of and wanted to take advantage of the 'cash back' offer of $2300 on the new truck. Going through the fiance process we were told that the discount was only $2000. Granted - we should have taken the time to have him double check again and although it was corrected on the final paperwork with Lisa at signing it was still a few hundred dollars on the final price at financing. Admiditly it would have only change our payment by a few dollars, it was more the pricipal of being well informed and not having to feel like we needed to fight for the advertised discount.

We are still very happy with our new truck and the overall experience.

Every aspect of our buying experience at Carson Nissan was exceptional. I never felt pressured at any point during the process. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase...which was a GREAT DEAL! Thank you to everyone at Carson Nissan who helped change my attitude about buying a car. I will go to Carson Nissan again simply because they treated me like a person and not a "sale."

I am extremely satisfied with Michelle and the entire Carson Nissan team that assisted with me purchasing my car. A simple email to Michelle on what I was looking for, lead me to hassle free purchasing and that got me the exact car I wanted. Carson Nissan was the best car dealership that I have ever purchased a vehicle from. They have an outstanding sales and service staff.
Linda Webber was an extremely easy salesperson to work with. She made sure that all of my questions were answered. Linda also did a lot of preparation work prior to my arrival so that we did not waste any time while we were buying the vehicle.
Norman Johnston was instrumental in our buying the vehicle. His no-nonsense approach to sales was great in not wasting any of our time in our purchase. Extremely friendly, Norman was a great sales person to work with.
Israel Calderas was extremely knowledgeable in all of the detailed operations and features of the vehicle we were purchasing. Israel made sure that we knew how to operate our vehicle. His attention to detail in preparing the vehicle for our purchase was outstanding.

Carson Nissan made out purchasing experience extremely easy and fast. The entire staff made sure that we were 100% satisfied with our sales decision. We came into the dealership with all of our research and numbers. Carson Nissan was extremely honest with their sales and offered us a better deal than we had hoped to negotiate to.

I honestly recommend them. We are looking forward to returning to them for our future Nissan vehicle purchases.

I used to dread the car buying process until I worked with Carson Nissan. Under the oversight of General Manager Frank Bachman, their salespeople are professional, courteous and knowledgeable about their product. Their pricing was very competitive and Linda Webber (internet service manager) went to great lengths to find exactly the color and options we wanted on the car. She updated us on pricing, options, trade in value and even offered to have the car delivered to our home. She was extremely personable and a joy to work with.

Frank first impressed my father while at Performance Nissan and when he moved to Carson, my dad suggested I go see him. And we are glad we did especially after an awful experience in Glendale. Frank made sure everything went smoothly during the process and made us feel like we were the most important customers on the lot. And his staff behaves the same way. From Linda who handled the numbers to Max who took for us a drive, (he helped my wife with the set up of the electronics and explained all of the car's features); to Lisa who closed the paperwork for us. Frank asked us for feedback on the buying process right down to our opinion of the music playing in the showroom - it's clear he cares about what his customers think and endeavors to make car buying pleasant. It sure worked for us; we will definitely be back.

Both Jose and Michelle were very friendly from the start. We did NOT feel pressured until Price negotiations of course, but we came to a compromise and we feel we got a nice vehicle for a fair price. We needed assistance with locking lug nuts that there was no key for and the service dept as well as the GM "Mr. Frank" got right on it and took care of us. The people at this dealership definitely know their customer service. This dealership made us feel like the quality customers that we know we are. We do our research, know what we want, what we are willing to pay and have the cash to make the deal...The only negative I could come up with for us is the length of time it took to get out the door considering we were paying cash/check. That comment is NOT just Carson Nissan it is ALL dealerships we have ever dealt with over the last 20-30 years.

To Whom it may Concern,

do dreams come true I'll have to answer yes. After 3 months of looking from Dealership, Honda, Toyota, Kia back to Nissan we finally found the car we could afford and feel safe, proud and so classy. Our first experience on the lot we were greeted with a smile and reassurance that I would be treated with honesty and compassion. That came to be so true. Trina first me my Mom and then introduced us to Chris. He was not only very handsome but very professional. Michelle came out to meet me and my family which was very kind. She was great, had the best smile. Each time we felt yes this was the Dealership we were hoping to find. Chris found exactly what we wanted even helped us pick the car with a little more which we really needed. He worked with finance oh after Michelle helped bring us to the point in which we could even feel like we could afford this car and payments. My mom is extremely greatful for the discount that we were honored. In this day and age to get a discount is almost non existent. Chris calmly took time with us and finance. Oh finance my mom says smiled thanks goodness. Chris and Michelle made it happen. I'm now on my way to a new job, new car a whole new life. I must also say that Lisa talked with me and my family, not only about cars but things in our life that mean very much to us. An animal lover she is which made us feel like she was part of our family. I believe my sister Cherie is planning on buying a new car at Carson Nissan at least thats in her dreams now. My mom passed out Michelles cards and brag about what a personal feeling she received there and a great discount. For once she said she felt someone cared how we felt. She is beaming because out of 32 men engineers she feels #1 on the crew. My sister has shared with coworkers at school where she works and I as well at the animal hospital just how we were treated. Sorry if I'm going on and on but this needs to be said and addressed. Sir manager of this branch be proud of your employees they shine and are so kind. Bless Carson Nissan and everyone working there. Michelle Perata was wonderful and I appreciate her willingness to work with my requirements for purchasing the car (i.e.I called and gave Michelle my specs and asked for the best price and financing before I went down to the dealer), although the price and financing changed when I got there, but I still purchased the car. Michelle had to leave and I was left with Max and Richard to take care of me. I was not happy that I had to wait for 2 1/2 hrs after deciding to purchase the car. Reasonably, my expectation is to complete the transaction an hour after I made my decision. That did not happen to me. And, Max forgot to give me the promised 3 change oils.

Michelle Perata called me the next day for a follow up (which I appreciate!)and she assured me that she will take care of it, and THAT she did!

Overall, I am happy with my purchase and appreciate Michelle's follow up.

So far, the last annoying little thing is that I realized is that when my new license plate came in and I tried to install it, the car did not have the screws (to screw the plate on). Those little inconvenience bothers me as a buyer because I expect these little things should be taken care of by the dealer or at least ensure that it is. when I spoke to Michelle about the screws, she said she will mail it to me.
